About me.
I’m Greyson – master of budgeting, lover of mild adventures.
I grew up in So Cal, but could never stay in one place long; moving every 8-12 months was the norm – you’d think that would have been a red flag, but nope, I wasn’t diagnosed with ADHD until a month before my 34th birthday.
Over time, self-doubt and believing I was total failure become part of my identity. After about 7,000 elaborate business plans that didn’t go anywhere and countless dollars spent on new (but eventually forgotten) ideas, my confidence was shaky at best.
I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t getting where I wanted to be in life.
I was ambitious, had an unlimited supply of ideas, and could crank out creative solutions in a pinch, yet I was in massive debt, restless and going through regular burnout cycles.
Work was incredibly challenging because I had zero interest in what I did, so I’d procrastinate until the stress and anxiety was high enough to kick me into gear.
I felt lost, confused, and was losing hope fast – something needed to change.
Learning I had ADHD came with a mixed bag of emotions: part of me was relieved to know I wasn’t ‘broken’, but I still felt hopeless because a diagnosis doesn’t magically fix things. At the end of the day, I was still the same person facing the same challenges, except now I had a better understanding of WHY.
The turning point was when I found coaching.
I learned about our brains and how they work; how we’re all wired differently, and how identifying our motivations and weaknesses is critical to success. Instead of trying to force an unrealistic, rigid routine, I was able to create a flexible system and finally make progress on my goals; I found hope again.
And this is exactly why I became a coach – to help others do the same.
Because with the right support and foundation, we can absolutely live the life we want.
